Our services are available to individual vehicle owners and commercial fleet managers in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and surrounding communities.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Have the legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle(s) you present for service

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN, mileage)
• Accurate description of vehicle issues or service needs

4.2 Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all charges associated with services rendered, including:

• Agreed-upon service fees and labor costs

• Applicable taxes and fees
• Storage fees for vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved checks.

4.3 Vehicle Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your vehicle for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. This includes:

• Providing keys and/or key fobs
• Providing access codes or security information if required
• Removing personal belongings from areas requiring service access
• Picking up your vehicle within a reasonable timeframe after service completion

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting fraudulent claims or requests for service
• Providing false or misleading information about your identity or vehicle
• Using our services to facilitate any illegal activity
• Misrepresenting your ownership or authority over any vehicle
• Attempting to obtain services through deception or misrepresentation
• Using our services for any purpose that could damage our reputation or business operations
• Interfering with or disrupting our operations or facilities

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAUFFELD ENTERPRISES, INC.
